Once your order is placed you will receive an email with your invoice number as well as an additional email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. We process orders Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm. Some orders can take up to 7 to 14 to receive.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.Shipping charges are a flt rate of 8.00. Anything over 100.00 no shipping charge.

CoCoBella Boutique ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up in store. Items must be in *original condition within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. CoCoBella does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages. Final sale on all bodysuits, sale items and special occasion wear, and jewelry.
