All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. We process orders Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm. Some orders can take up to 7 to 14 to receive.

When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves.
